  Even though I'm only a first home buyer looking at entry level properties, I think I'm still entitled to be shown some respect and basic courtesy by a selling agent. Your agent Janeen, does not seem to think so. I organised with her to inspect properties (a week in advance) and took time off work to do so. She doesn't bother to show up! Instead sends a very young, very inexperienced office clerk. He knows nothing about the properties, doesn't have keys (I had to wait half an hour for a very pissed off vendor to finally let us in) and then I couldn't even inspect the properties without tripping over him! Then, I'm harassed by Janeen at almost 7pm on both Friday and Saturday night with phone calls and text messages demanding I give her feedback! I could very well be a potential buyer for a property listed with Hayden's, but I will be steering clear if they are handled by her.
